This section documents active use cases - real projects where the Studio of Two framework is being applied, battle-tested, and validated in practice.
These are not retrospectives written after the fact. They are living, breathing blueprints that evolve alongside the work they describe - each phase added when complete, each finding recorded as it surfaces, and each regression test codified.
We focus on two core operational domains:
- Design to Code (Figma Pipeline): Automating the extraction of figma specs and design tokens into high-fidelity React components.
- Meechi Context Design: Shielding local small language models (SLMs) from context pressure and prompt bloat in a personal journal canvas.
